Texas Hold'em with blinds and chips: make the best hand and take the pot.

Playing Poker online

House Poker is no-limit Texas Hold’em for tables of 2 to 7. The host sets the starting chips and the blind values before the deal, and blinds do not escalate during the game.

A game ends when one person holds every chip, so length depends heavily on how aggressive the table is. High blinds relative to the starting stack finish fast; low blinds can run a long while.

Side pots are calculated automatically when somebody goes all-in for less than the rest, and the table evaluates hands at showdown. There is no real-money play and nothing can be bought with money.

What gets settled before the deal

Two settings before the deal: the starting chips - 500, 1000, 2000 or 5000 - and the blind values. What decides the length is neither of them on its own, it is the ratio between them: blinds that are high against the stack end the game quickly, low blinds stretch it out considerably.

On a public table no host decides this: everyone votes for the option they want and the tally shows on each button.

Your first game

It is no-limit Texas Hold’em for tables of 2 to 7, and the game ends when one person holds every chip.

Side pots are worked out automatically when somebody goes all-in for less than the rest, and the table evaluates the hands at showdown. The river is dealt with a deliberate pause, long enough to read the board before the result appears over it.

When the hand is over you can show your cards even if nobody paid to see them, and even if you had folded. There is no real-money play and nothing can be bought with money.
